Frequently Asked Questions

What are your current COVID-19 policies?

According to State Mandate we require all patrons to wear a mask in our facility through April 10, 2021. Athletes actively engaged in class may remove their mask if it inhibits their safety when performing a skill.

We currently are requiring temperature checks for class entrance. If your child has a temperature above 100 degrees, we will require that they return at a later date, once feeling better.

Additionally we ask that students have no more than three spectators in the facility at a time and bring their own water bottle during practice.

Do you have a parent viewing area?

Yes we do! We offer both upstairs and downstairs viewing areas. We currently ask that you sit 6 feet apart from other patrons. Look forward to our newly remodeled lobby and viewing areas coming this Spring.

Where do I park?

You may park in the lot directly in front of AirTime’s facility or the dirt area off of the frontage road (as long as your vehicle is not on the street). Additionally you may enter at the north end of the building, drive around the back of the facility and drop your student off at the south sidewalk. We ask that you ensure your child enters the building before driving away. Please do not use this method for pick-up or students under the age of 6.

If I have a concern or question, who should I talk with?

Please address concerns with the front desk as coaches have very little time between classes. If your concern includes the coach, our front office staff will help you find an appropriate method of communicating with them. You may also email concerns to attcfrontdesk@outlook.com
